A New Christmas Tradition

My friend Charie decided when she moved here a 18 months that she would continue her tradition of having  a family Christmas caroling night during the Christmas season. This was the first year we have attended and found the event so much fun. She invited 10 families and all their kids, then had xeroxed copies of all of the christmas music, and we just sang Christmas songs for an hour. Even Ethan got into the event!

Afterwards, we had hot cocoa and apple cider and lots of baked goodies everyone had brought. Some even went outside and enjoyed her outdoor firepit (and it was cold!!!). My kids favorite part was the hot cocoa and jumping on the trampoline in the dark [Don’t tell Brian]. This will be a tradition we will be involved in indefinitely.
