My kids spontaneously sat down and played Chutes and Ladders together. I was thrilled, stored it as a tender moment, then took a picture for my records. Complete cooperation was observed for about the first 15 minutes. Then, I wish I snapped a picture when all mayhem blew up (Lizzie cheated, then Sophie cheated, then Andrew cried, then hitting and kicking commensed amongst them.) It was cute while it lasted.

It’s a great time for a family when kids can play games! Naturally I still have all our worn out board games – Winnie the Pooh, Candyland, Whosit, etc. Boggle anyone?

Haha. . . I love this. Why is it not surprising that the Lizzy and Sophie cheated and Andrew cried? Maybe you should play Blocus with Andrew instead! That one is hard to cheat at.

15 minutes is amazing for those three — sometimes little kids only last 15 seconds before it blows up! This bodes well for the future
